Cum verificăm evaluările?

The order was for a 6 metre cable - I received two 3 metre cables NOT what I odered. If the reason was out of stock there was no reference made so can only presume not.

Hi Steven, thank you for your feedback. The 6m extension cable does come in two sections of 3m as described on our website. This is how we package the product but offer a slight discount to purchase the 6m in this way rather than having to pay for 2x 3 m sections separately. EDIT !! I'd just like to thank Clare @lighting legends for the fantastic way she has dealt with my missing parcel, from 1st contact she has put the customer (myself) 1st for everything!! Replacement order sent out immediately, I've then had an issue with a couple of the bulbs and these are being replaced !! The quality of the lights/fittings/cables are absolutely fantastic, so much so we will be ordering another set within the next week or 2. My initial review was based on the delivery company being used, but I must reiterate I'll definitely use LIGHTING LEGENDS for all our outdoor light needs. Once again many thanks Clare,a credit to the company.
