I apologise for any inconvenience caused. We have security systems in place to flag when there are issues with our payment gateway, but upon investigating with our providers, we were not reporting any instance of a wider issue at the time of purchasing your policy. I can only therefore assume that this was an isolated incident but i can assure you the Leisure Guard website is set up to support users of all interfaces, including Mac Safari.
Despite this, we will continue to investigate to make 100% certain but the evidence i have available to me does not suggest this is a fundamental error with the website.

Dear Matt, Thank you for the time you took to reply. I can categorically advise you after describing my issues to your agent with your pay system, where it denied my attempts to pay using Safari, your agent advised ..."thats what your problem is, you should use Microsoft Edge," It was an wholly unsatisfactory response if you say your platform allows all interface interaction.

Firstly, I understand how frustrating it can be when a problem occurs that cannot be replicated after the event. I have no reason to doubt your comments and i apologise if the initial response came across this way.
The website is configured to support different browsers and operating systems, so I will ask the advisors team leader to review the call in question and they will take any appropriate action necessary.
