The solar cover Reel set I bought came missing some special "plastic screws" and rather than Pool Supplies sending me the missing parts they sent another kit for attaching the reel to the solar cover.

Hello! We're sorry your liner had this issue. This is a printed item, and there is a small probability that the factory has misprinted it, causing these minor imperfections. We pride ourselves on being knowledgeable in pools, liners, and installation, and we always want to get a proper grasp on the issue at hand, hence why we requested photos and videos. Our customer service team is always here to answer further questions about your order. Thank you for your feedback!
