We did email you at 11:13AM yesterday, with a solution to this problem - which did not have any tinge of disinterest from us - I promise this would never be the case. Hello Ron,I am sorry to hear that your vehicle was supplied with the wrong cable. All you need to do is to take that cable to your local VW dealer and they should be able to swap it to your correct phone cable.

Ron, - Just in case of any help, I have also checked and see that Heritage VW are 3.6 miles from your business address - they are the closest VW dealer, and should you pass this way the address is: Whitby Road, Bristol, BS4 3QB
