Thank you for the comments on our service. It's most unusual that we wouldn't disclose the airlines policy of charging for seats which largely became the norm for scheduled carriers like BA from 2017. It also surprising to read that £400 is quoted when this isn't the fee banding for economy seats on a 1 flight journey. It's standard policy for Kuoni to address this prior to deposit being paid as every airline has a different rule or fee. Thank you for commenting on this.
