We had a minor error with the card machine and perhaps issuing the Norwich branch with a new machine would assist them.

Regarding the chip & pin issue, please rest assured everything is now working as normal. The problem on Saturday was due to a national outage, and while we did experience a minor error with our card machine, this has since been resolved.
