In every ticket orders, we exercise a “Verification Process” in order to validate the authenticity of the ticket by calling the cardholder to make sure it's a valid transaction. To complete the verification process and confirm the transaction E-sign email was sent to you. We tried to call several times to get e-sign done as there was no response from your end hence the booking got auto cancelled due to the ticketing time limit.
