It's a bit involved.
The process was way more complicated than what I'm use to with SWA. With SWA it's click, click, done and an email in seconds (maybe a few minutes). I was not prepared for phone call confirmations and...

Adrian Park was excellent. I was waiting for my ticket request to be confirmed. Was told in a previous phone call that it would be 2 hrs and I would receive my e ticket confirmation. 4 hours later...
