Joe Browns Recenzii

Thank you for sending us your comments re your order placed with Joe Browns. We were disappointed to see that the dress sisi not come to expectations and that the cut was unflattering. I have passed your comments on to the buying teams, who when we get complaints use the information on buying for future seasons, to try and ensure we offer styles our customers like. If you had a top, or any item that repeatedly split at the seams we would like you to send it back, we can then refund you or exchange the item, and also take the issue up with the manufacturer. Again thanks for your useful comments, and I hope you have a great Summer. Kind regards Tony Brown

Thank you for taking the time to send your comments re the order you placed with Joe Browns. We were disappointed to see that the trackie shorts were not up to expectation due to the poor cut and not looking like their image on screen. I have passed your comments through to our QC team, who are now checking the fit and how the image compares to the item. Where we get images that are wrong we re shoot the image, the website can be updated quickley, but the catalogue would need to wait for the next print run.We are then talking to the manufacturer to see if there is a pattern fault, so thanks for your comments. Kind regards Tony Brown
