cheap, flimsy certainly not worth the money. very disappointed. also, not pottery!

We are sorry you didn't like our Tide Clocks and our apologies for not making the description clearer. This is being addressed on our new website release over the next two weeks. We would have been happy to replace it on receipt had you not been entirely satisfied and if it is still in its box and used would be happy to do so now.
The thing on the back for the battery shows through the clock, which is a great shame and spoils the look. The picture online doesn't make this very clear so I wouldn't have bought it if I knew it...

We are sorry you don't like the look of the clock. We'd have happily replaced it or refunded you had you asked us when you received it. If you have the clock in its original box and unused we'd be happy to replace it with another product or issue a refund. Thank you for your feedback.
