There were some unusual circumstances this year, as after checking with your main contractor they asked us to update your levels of cover to ensure you were properly protected. It’s that which caused the extra level of renewal complexity and while we’re sorry for any inconvenience, we are sure you’ll appreciate that ensuring that a valued client such as yourself has the cover they need will always be of paramount importance to us.
