We arrived later in the evening, but our transfer took us to the office to pick the keys up out of the safe. We had no contact with anyone from James villa the whole stay.

Great in person - please do flights again - trying to co-ordinate is a mare
The booking experience with the representative on the phone was great - she was super helpful and answered all my questions. Online was not so great hence the call!
