CUSTOMER IS A FOOL!!
Do not penalise a customer for a no fault claim and then the same day more than double the next years premium.
Then blame it on the insurers and try to make the service they offer sound brilliant.

Did what it said on the label, in a professional and efficient manner, with good customer service by the call centres staff who were sll friendly and helpful.
