Thank you for your feedback. Our usual delivery time is 2-5 working days and we also offer a special next day service for an additional £5 to UK mainland addresses. All our delivery information can be viewed here: http://www.jacksonsart.com/information.php?info_id=2 I apologise if it states anywhere else on the site something different, and if you can spare a moment to email on webteam@jacksonsart.co.uk the location of any contradictory information we would be hugely grateful. We endeavour to dispatch orders on the day that they were placed but unfortunately during some busy spells this is not always possible (but the delivery time of 2-5 working days is almost always achieved). We also endeavour to contact all customers asap via telephone or email with regard to out of stock items and I shall look into why this did not happen for you and ask the team to be a little more communicative!
