Clear and easy to understand website. Policy seems to be fair priced. Existing medical condition declaration was also able to be completed online which is great for someone working fulltime
The pre existing area is not user friendly. Then when I rang for assistance they did not know the area or unaware of changes

This is my 3rd experience with Insure and Go for overseas travel insurance, I find the policy conditions and coverage explained very clearly without too much legal jargon.
