Efficient and good service
Young lady was very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Spoke rather quickly but that is because she knew what she had to convey but no problem if asked to repeat that piece of information again.

By not penalising me for not insuring a non existence business due to Covid
Unfriendly and rushed. Prices have gone up due to not having insured last year due to no business because of Covid. Cashing in on others misfortune. Shame on you.
