It should be zero as I had to cancel & became Unfit to Travel & all they said was No Refund as I only had 14 days to cancel,so you have to become Unfit within the 14 days of Payment.Ridiculous so...

I have received a response from Rock Insurance this morning apologising for the situation however advising me that they can't help and that I need to speak to their Claims Handler who do not respond to emails or phone calls. You couldn't make this up!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGEPOLE! If you need to make a claim, you have to do so through Reactive Claims. I have been waiting 2 months and haven't had a single reply to the numerous emails...
