Insight Vacations Recenzii

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed and generous feedback. It is very encouraging to learn that you found the service fantastic, and that your Travel Director's politeness, professionalism and friendliness, together with her regular communication about times and schedules, made such a strong impression. We are also pleased that you found the pace of the tour excellent, and that you valued the opportunity to stay two nights at each hotel. We were sorry to learn that the bathrooms proved less suitable, and we appreciate your comment that their small size and the height of the bath made them difficult for an older traveller. This is a useful observation, and we have shared your feedback with the Operations Department as we review the accommodation used on our itineraries and how its facilities are described to guests. It is rewarding to hear that you found the coach clean and comfortable, and that the itinerary was superb. Thank you once again for travelling with us. We hope to welcome you on another tour in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and please accept our confirmation that your email has been received. We will respond to you in due course. We were sorry to learn that the seating and seat belts on your coach were inadequate, particularly for a journey of this length. Comfort and safety are central to a successful tour, and we sincerely apologise that the vehicle did not meet the standard you were entitled to expect. We are pleased that you found the itinerary itself to be satisfactory, and we will ensure that your comments about the coach have been shared with the Operations Department. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another tour in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your tour of Sri Lanka. It is very encouraging to learn that you found the team outstanding, and that our on-the-road team were so professional and knowledgeable throughout the journey. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your tour of Croatia. We are pleased to learn that you found the service, the coach travel and your Travel Directors very good, and that you were able to see so much of the country and enjoy both the places visited and the Optional Excursions. We were sorry to hear that the hills and steep steps proved difficult. Many of Croatia's most historic towns are built on uneven and elevated ground, and we appreciate your comment, as it highlights the importance of describing the physical demands of each itinerary clearly so that guests can prepare accordingly. We are nonetheless very pleased that you chose to make the journey, and we hope it offered many rewarding memories. Thank you once again for travelling with us. We hope to welcome you on another tour in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We were sorry to learn that the start of your journey in London felt like more of an inconvenience than a part of the tour, particularly as no touring was provided there. Your suggestion that the itinerary might begin in Edinburgh instead is a thoughtful one, and we will consider it carefully. We also appreciate your comments on the amount of time spent on the coach. It is disappointing to arrive in a town such as York, which clearly held so much appeal, only to depart the following morning before having had the chance to explore it. We understand that you would have preferred to spend longer in fewer places, and we have shared your feedback with the Quality Control Department. We hope to welcome you on another tour in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share such warm feedback on your tour of Ireland. It is very encouraging to learn that you enjoyed such a good time with friends old and new, and that the group came to feel almost like an extension of your family. We are especially pleased that your Travel Director and Coach Driver made such a strong impression, both through their personalities and through their knowledge of everything you saw. It is also rewarding to hear that, in addition to the sites you visited, the company of your fellow travellers added so much to the experience, and we are grateful for your kind recommendation to friends and others who may ask. Thank you once again for travelling with us. We hope to welcome you on another tour in the future.
