Cum verificăm evaluările?

Verificăm dacă evaluările provin de la clienți autentici, comparându-le cu o vânzare sau o tranzacție. Oamenii sunt invitați să lase o evaluare doar după ce au cumpărat de la firma respectivă.

Cum ne ocupăm de evaluările false?

Feefo împiedică oamenii să lase evaluări false, deoarece invităm doar cumpărătorii verificați să dea feedback.

I want to ensure you that we have addressed the quality of the SQA materials, and we do contact all learners who have failed their assessment to offer support straight away.
