Great tool and customer service
HR-Inform itself is a great tool for HR professionals.
The customer service that I received to set it up was great - Hannah B kept in regular contact and answered any queries that I had.

I asked a question about the salary survey data which the adviser could not answer but they explained what they would do and got me an answer very quickly.
