Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused to you throughout your dealings with Housing Units Ltd. This is a very technical piece of equipment, we occasionally encounter problems that are not within our or our the third party fitters capabilities, we have to then involve the supplier, this can take a little more time especially if parts are required, they then have to be sent by post to the fitter.
