Thank you for your review, this is not true. The mattress was 2 years out of guarantee and as explained we would not be able to replace FOC but were happy to exchange under a warranty charge or you could reselect to a different product and pay the difference. We did not say no at any time. Regarding the consumer law, this would not have been covered due to the length of time that the mattress was out of guarantee.
