Unfortunately, as a third party vendor, we do not get too much of a deciding hand in the ambience at the Burj Khalifa. We're sorry that your visit to the Burj was not a more pleasant one and hope that you can understand that there is very little we can do about the factors that made your visit so far from enjoyable.
