The website is easy to navigate. It was easy to order and deliveries arrived within a few days.
I made a purchase via eBay, and was waiting for it to arrive as it was for a gift. About a week of waiting for tracking, the order was cancelled by hardtofind without any warning. Not even an apology...

I'm really sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with your recent purchase. It's definitely not the kind of service we strive to provide. I understand how frustrating it can be when you don't receive any updates or tracking details for your order. That's not cool at all.
And finding the package in your front garden, hidden in a bush? Yikes! That's definitely not the way we want our deliveries to end up. I apologise for any inconvenience or confusion caused by this.
