I do not believe in he hotels on your website stating that they have handles etc. at the toilets. When you look at the photos the handles etc. do not apear. This makes you distrust the accomodation,...

Dear Claus, Sorry for our late reply.Our Quality team checks every hotel using a combination of our accessibility questionnaire and mandatory pictures. Sometimes hotels do not post the right picture, it is normally spotted by our team, but human errors can happen, in which case we apologize. If you are kind enough to indicate which hotel you looked at, we would be glad to control it of course. best regards Sebastien Handiscover

Improved listing accuracy
Handiscover website has been corrected for my listing. Previously contained a host of Thailand listings Personal telephone enquiries seem to work well.

The hotel never responded to my request meaning that I couldn’t make a booking and had to find somewhere else to book at later notice when the request expired

Se till att man tar bort redan uthyrda boenden från nätet fortare. Jag anmälde intresse för minst tre lägenheter men de var redan uthyrda vilket blev en stor besvikelse.

Some properties need a better description of accessibility - especially steeps inside, the photos do reveal some? Would be a first class service if flights/transfers could be included?
