Very helpful and efficient. Informed me when furniture arrived at warehouse and offered to keep it till I was ready. Delivery was arranged within a 4 hour slot and men were careful, clean and tidy.
The salesman on the shop floor was very helpful and clearly knowledgeable when asked about products. We did not feel pressured in any way, so our shopping experience was enjoyable.

The Ercol bed was a great price, they said allow 7 days for delivery unfortunately it took 11 and the courier picked the Amber snow warning day! So I can’t give 5 stars but they probably deserved them
