Day trip from Miami to Bahamas
Efficient immigration and boarding. There’s a cafeteria and a duty free on board. Grand Bahamas itself is a beautiful island - a nice touch of the light blue Caribbean Sea.

Good service
Everything went well. We left on time, arrived safely in Key West, and returned after six hours of fun. I would definitely use Grayline again.

Great snorkeling but terrible bus ride
Loved the Fury Snorkeling, but the bus ride was terrible. No A/C for 3 hours to Key West and 3 hours back to Miami. Would never take a bus tour again

Poor Service
Driver left while I was being processed in the Airport. No refund was issued and another driver wasn't assigned to me when I made it out of Boarder Control. I was left stranded at the airport
