The voucher exchange after exiting baggage claim is normally a seamless process, however it appears something has fallen off the rails. We are currently working with our partner Bell Trans and sort out a refund for you ASAP. Further, we are instituting some new protocols that will ensure that future guests will not experience a similar issue.
