Was told a time it would be delivered and it was delivered. Guy who delivered was helpful and helped carry this through the side gate even though it’s kurbside delivery.

The specific grass you ordered is an entry-level, budget product, which is reflected in the price per square meter. Upon checking your order history, we do not see that you requested a sample of this product prior to placing your order.
Our sample service allows you to order up to six samples to be sent by post for a small postage fee. This service is perfect for helping you see the grass you would like to purchase before making your order. We apologise if you did not take advantage of this option.
We note that you have already contacted us regarding your dissatisfaction with the grass and received a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill.
