The product and price is good but my package was sent to the wrong address or rather the delivery man couldn't find my address. I was left to chase the thing up and I was left waiting a long time...

thank you for taking the time to give your feedback. We certainly acknowledge that there were issues with our previous courier company which is why we moved to fully tracked services from Parcel Force at the end of March.

Now all orders can be tracked right the way to your door via email and text message so you always know where it is.

Not impressed by the time taken for order to be fulfilled.

It took a long time for my order to be delivered and I had to chase it up twice. When I ordered all the items were shown to be 'in stock' and then to be eventually told that they were waiting for one...

As you can imagine with the large number of product lines that we hold as a business (approximately 1000) that unfortunately from time to time there are discrepancies in the stock levels. Upon realising the error our online staff sourced the missing item from one our retail stores in order to minimise the delay as far as possible.
