You never sent me a confirmation and invoice from my booking however my account was deducted. There was no information about luggage restrictions. Very unprofessional!

Conflicting information from globehunters and airline
Unfortunately I have been advised by my doctor not to travel to a Zika zone. Having spoken to the airline directly they had no issues with providing a refund based on a doctors note and CDC guidance....

have investigated your complaint and found that the agent who advised you had the correct information at that time - he had the correct guidelines as per the Airlines instructions with regards to refunds and exceptional cases.
