I spoken to an operator and even thought the problem was resolved, I thought his tone of voice and response was unfriendly and quite blunt.

Great Deal
Was sceptical at the low price.
Managed to get a great deal for my chosen destination at roughly 60% the price of anywhere else so I snapped it up.
