I had to request the e-tickets/receipt, they didn't come through automatically, which wasn't ideal, as it kept me worried I had been scammed. Not impressed.

We do always aim to send e-tickets and receipts within 24 hours. We apologise if in the unlikely case, such as yours, that you were left to worry as communications from us came more than that.

Really easy to find tickets and buy them on the website at a reasonable price. Process took only a short time. Electronic tickets available after about 24 hours.
