Answer your customers emails! Disgusting customer service

Highly recommend
Great Customer Service. Friendly, efficient and felt well looked after. Cannot fault the engineers. The actual line is FANTASIC!! So fast and rarely drops out. Would highly recommend.

OK but not great
Speed is not always consistent and more outages than when with BT
