Great fibre internet but poor customer service
Fast and reliable internet but let down by poor slow customer service and lack of offers for existing customers compared to new customer offers.

Shocking Wifi, Constant loss of internet.
Constantly drops out and buffering. Linksys wifi supplied has to be moved around and reset every few days. Even after buying more wifi boxes which are expensive the wifi still drops out.

Had Gigaclear for over a year and it’s hardly dropped out and it consistently delivers the upload and download speed we pay for.
