Slightly dodgy start, but excellent now.
In the early days there were quite a few outages, though most of them warned beforehand. But nowadays, very few, and it is an excellent service. Very pleased, as long as this standard is maintained.

If you want a decent broadband provider don't bother with this comoany!
Wish I'd never bothered signing up with this company.Hassle from the start.Customer service completely useless.They make promises they never keep.will be glad when my contract ends.

Still with gigaclear
Been with gigaclear 5 years now and updated my modem this time. The customer service has definitely got better than 5 years ago when I wasn’t then to impressed. Would recommend to anyone now
