Brilliant
Good initial installation.
The product works brilliantly, both up/download speeds and great wifi - no problems.
So no need for any additional service - the opposite to BT

Excellent service
Fantastic speed from fibre compared with service from telephone wire. Company gives message if any problem with service and lets you know when resolved. No problems with service.

Very poor. When I had problems with the Linksys device configuration their support was very poor. The customer service manager wouldn’t even speak to me and hid behind the phone agent telling them...

Great speed for a rural village. Very few outages and maintenance works carried out at convenient times (for customers)
