We are so sorry that your mower was out of stock when you ordered it. We have an automated stock feed from the supplier that gets updated every 24 hours. Occasionally items will go out of stock a few hours before our site is updated.
You were obviously very disappointed but fortunately the mower was coming back into stock the next day so you received your mower within two working days.
Service was excellent. Everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery.
