Here at Gardenlines we aim to give our customers as much delivery information as possible.
All our products have very clear delivery times, in the products description, and the Countryman you ordered has a delivery time of within of 10 working days.
Your order was placed on Friday 6th July after 2pm and you received the barrow by Friday 13th July i.e. within a week.
As we make clear on our About Us page, we are an online only business, so we do not have a showroom and we do not store stock. All of our items are dispatched directly from the manufacturer, or main UK supplier, directly to you, our customer.
We pass on all delivery information we receive from suppliers, unfortunately, not all suppliers provide it.

Excellent customer service. My original order, for a cordless hedgecutter kit arrived but I could not get the hedge cutter to work. gardenlines replaced the battery but that never solved the problem,...
