The online purchasing was easy to follow and simple to use.
Delivery was on time and the parcel was well packaged and secure.
Instructions to assemble though were a little hard to follow.
The item I wanted was not in stock. They kept me informed on expected delivery dates and exceeded expectations on this. I have previously found their service to be superior to other on line...

We think it would be a good idea for manufacturers to have a warning notice to put oil in a petrol mower before use – we will pass your feedback onto Cobra.
