I ordered the sprayer and it was delivered within a couple of days although I live in the North East of Scotland. It was well packaged for transporting.

Ce a spus Customer despre Gardenlines:
Just as it should be. Quick , clear and easy with the goods arriving on schedule.
There was a bit of a muddle with the online information informing me that the order had been dispatched. It would have been made a lot easier for me to understand if you had stated who the courier...

Thank you for your feedback. All our products are dispatched from the manufacturer, or main UK supplier, and they all use different couriers. It is not possible for us to indicate which courier will be used for each item we sell. However, we do let you know when orders have been dispatched and we do send you tracking information as available. Unfortunately, the Hermes tracking information you received did not remind you what you have ordered, it just gave you delivery information.
The web site is clear, they spoke to me on the telephone, they explained clearly when the item would be delivered, it was delivered on time. Couldn't ask for more. Will go through Gardenline again...

Thank you so much for your lovely Gardenlines Review. We will not swamp you with mail. We send out newsletters (about one every week or so in the Summer) which have product news, promotions and special offers in but ONLY to people who have subscribed and asked for them :)
