HiIt did take us a little longer than we’d have liked to work out whether you needed a new battery or charger and get it sent to you. Communication was a little slower with everyone working from home – both ourselves and Greenworks – during lockdown. We thank you for your patience! We are glad the new battery arrived safely in the end!Thank you for shopping with Gardenlines and Happy Gardening.
