Easy purchase, pleasant experience on the phone, no hassle or extended wait. So far both purchase and the item have been good and would recommend to others.
I ordered "The Handy" electric hydraulic log splitter on-line. The ordering process and delivery was fine, but it took a long time before I could get it operational.

Prompt delivery. A very good mower - light and smooth, large wheels enable ease of movement, I can cover all my area with one charge. I've used it 4 times. Good, clear instructions. Compact storage.
Their service was brilliant. Aftersales was good too when lawn tractor wouldn't work they quickly collected and put it right. Pity it is not suitable for our garden as the ground is too uneven looks...
