Ce a spus Customer despre Gardenlines:
after the initial acknowledgement of order I was left in limbo with when i could expect delivery. Most on line orders are delivered next day or within 48hrs. It took best part of a week before it...

We appreciate all feedback and endeavour to improve services if things go wrong.
We are sorry you did not receive any of our emails regarding the delivery of your Webb leaf blower. Perhaps they were received in your spam or junk folder.
For your information our records show that you placed your order with us in the evening of 2nd May and you were sent two emails immediately; one confirming payment taken and one confirming order received.
Your order was processed on 3rd May. We emailed you on the same day at 4.24pm with an invoice and confirmation that your item had been despatched on a next working day service. At 11.30pm we sent you another email which had tracking information for the following day’s delivery.
Our tracking evidence shows that the order was delivered to you on the 4th May at 3.18pm.
Despite the seeming confusion we are glad that you are enjoying your Webb leaf blower.

Good service . Product arrived within anticipated period. No issues.
only problem is that the product purchased which has nothing to do with Gardenline's is not to the standard I expected.
