Dear Sir
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your item did not arrive the day after you ordered it. It arrived the following day.
Your item was dispatched on a next working day service but unfortunately there was a delay with the courier. Sometimes delays occur due to unexpected events such as poor weather, traffic incidents and illness etc.
This is why we cannot guarantee a next working day service although 96% of our next working day orders do get delivered on time.
The product arrived quickly and was keenly priced.

Please do not worry that you lawn “looked a real mess” after the scarifier had been used. This means that the machine has done a good job and got the thatch out for you. You will see lots of scrawny bare patches! Please be reassured that this is totally normal, your lawn will benefit and will now grow back better than ever.

Thank you for your feedback. Most of our products are dispatched on a next working day service. Next working day means Monday to Friday. An order placed on Friday afternoon, before 2p.m. should have reached you on Monday. We apologise for the fact that it did not get to you until the Tuesday.
We will pass on your comments about the assembly of the item, thank you for letting us know.
I ordered by telephone and the lady I spoke to was absolutely excellent - efficient, courteous, helpful and friendly. I have already recommended you to five people.
