Thank you very much for leaving us this detailed feedback about your delivery.
As we are an online company we rely on the couriers that our suppliers use to deliver the products on our site.
FedEx offer a next working day service but they do not give a “time slot” for the delivery, this means that the delivery can be anytime from 8.30am until about 6.30pm (Monday to Friday). Unfortunately, due to the number of deliveries they have, couriers are not able to phone customers during the delivery. Most of our items are high value and couriers are not allowed to leave them without obtaining a signature or written permission to leave the item somewhere safe.
If couriers are unable to deliver an item then they will usually try again the next day.
We are glad that your mower arrived safely in the end and we hope you are enjoying using it.
Fantastic service. The mower arrived next day, well packed and undamaged. I was pleased with the price and when I had a problem (clips missing) they sorted it out very quickly. Highly recommended!
