After this I was contacted by one of the managers (Brad) who was astonishingly helpful and resolved my issue within 45 minutes.
I don't appear to be able to edit the above review but I'd take it back - while a bit frustrating that I had to complain, the resolution couldn't have been better

Whenever I speak with anyone on the phone they are always helpful and understanding. Not sure about the service when sending in information by the portal…..seems to get lost on occasions
