Been using them for some years. Easy to deal with, responsive and informative. Never had to make a claim though so can’t comment on that side.

We're sorry that you experienced issues with our service on this occasion. All our team are working from home for their safety and issues with the wifi based VOIP telephone service are rare, but this was the cause of the problem you encountered. We're pleased that you found Amy so helpful and we hope you can give us a try again in future when we hope to resume 100% normal service.
