Doar clienții care fac dovada achiziției pot lăsa o evaluare Feefo. Asigurăm acest lucru prin contactarea cumpărătorilor imediat după tranzacție.

Cum verificăm evaluările?

Verificăm dacă evaluările provin de la clienți autentici, comparându-le cu o vânzare sau o tranzacție. Oamenii sunt invitați să lase o evaluare doar după ce au cumpărat de la firma respectivă.

Cum ne ocupăm de evaluările false?

I have spoken to both the Branch Manager and the Complaints Dept regarding the £400.00, this figure pertained to a private agreement between yourself and the purchaser for service charges still owed and a futon mattress. Our Complaints Dept. refuted your complaint and offered £75.00 to you.
