As per the advisory received from Qatar Airways you are entitled for full refund and we have already raised the refund request with the airline against you ticket. Addressing to your dissatisfaction expressed towards the refund timeframe –as a travel agent we can only raise the refund with the airline and wait until same received from the airline. Due to recent travel restriction imposed by the government airlines are dealing with a lot of cancellation and refund therefore it is taking longer than the usual timeframe but we assure you we will offer the refund as soon as we receive it from the airline.
